What's in the Box

  • TS-G300 Guard Tour Reader
  • TS-G300T Guard Tour Downloader Station
  • Location ID Touch Memory Buttons
  • Guard ID key fob (optional)
  • Guard Tour Management Software
  • Event Wallet (optional)

How It Works

  1. The guard reads his own Guard ID to identify himself, so every subsequent read is attributed to him.
  2. The guard visits each checkpoint in order and reads it. The reader stores the tag ID and exact date and time, and confirms with a prompt.
  3. After the round, the supervisor connects the reader to a PC by USB and uploads the records into the management software for analysis and reporting.
Tip: A download station is shared infrastructure — one per office is enough. USB-direct models such as the TS-G700 need none at all.
