Overview

The TS-G200 is the core component of the iButton-style guard patrol system, built with a stainless steel body for super durability. Compared with the TS-G100 it is smaller, tougher and easier to carry. LED flash plus vibration confirms every read, so guards get feedback even in noisy plants or dark corridors.

What's in the Box

  • TS-G200 Guard Tour Reader
  • TS-G200T Data Downloader Station
  • Location ID Touch Memory Buttons
  • Guard ID key fob (optional)
  • Guard Tour Management Software
  • Event Wallet (optional)

How It Works

  1. The guard reads his own Guard ID to identify himself, so every subsequent read is attributed to him.
  2. The guard visits each checkpoint in order and reads it. The reader stores the tag ID and exact date and time, and confirms with a prompt.
  3. After the round, the supervisor connects the reader to a PC by USB and uploads the records into the management software for analysis and reporting.
Tip: A download station is shared infrastructure — one per office is enough. USB-direct models such as the TS-G700 need none at all.

Product FAQ

The TS-G200 has a stainless steel body instead of aluminium, is smaller and lighter, adds vibration feedback alongside the LED, uses a 3V CR123A lithium battery rather than 9V alkaline, and tolerates a wider humidity range (5%–95%).
In noisy or dark environments — plant floors, parking garages, perimeter fences at night — sound and light are easy to miss. Vibration gives the guard tactile confirmation that the read registered.
