Installation Notes
- Install the USB driver pack first, then connect the reader or download station.
- Run the installer as administrator to avoid driver signature prompts.
- The interface supports English and Chinese; switch languages in Settings after install.
- If the connection fails, swap the USB cable and port, then check Device Manager for the COM port.
