It Started With One Reader
TopSecu was founded in 2008 to do one thing: supply dependable, affordable hardware to sites that need patrol verification.
We started with iButton contact readers. As our customers' sites grew more demanding — chemical plants, underground car parks, open-pit mines — we extended the line to fully waterproof stainless steel models, and to 125kHz RFID systems whose tags can be concealed inside walls.
Today our equipment runs in more than 60 countries, serving security contractors, factories, hospitals, campuses and property managers. A good share of those relationships began with a single demo kit.
We manufacture our own hardware. That means housing material and firmware logic can be adjusted to your requirements, rather than chosen from a distributor's catalogue.

Durability before features
Readers get dropped, stepped on and rained on during night shifts. We make sure they come back alive before adding anything else.
Records must be tamper-proof
A patrol record that can be backdated is more dangerous than no record at all. Every model writes an unalterable timestamp.
Data has to be usable
Reports are not decoration. They exist so a supervisor knows on Monday morning what went wrong last week.
Customers can do the maths
We quote factory-direct pricing and publish real specifications. We do not earn from information asymmetry.
